Your personal information is used only for order processing and customer support, in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties except for delivery purposes.
Returns Policy
– Non-personalised items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.
– Return shipping is not covered by Tobluxe.
– Personalised items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable unless we made an error.
– Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

– Tracked 48 – £4.95: Full tracking, photographic proof of delivery (no signature).
– Tracked 24 (Next Day) – £9.95: Full tracking, photographic proof of delivery (no signature, excludes Sundays).
– Free shipping on orders over £70 (Tracked 48 only, UK only).
